Subscriptions
Monthly products can be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future delivery and future billing after the current paid period.
Custom reports
Custom reports and manual research are reviewed case by case after scope confirmation. Completed custom work is generally not refundable unless DAO.top fails to deliver the agreed work.
Data/API pilots
Data/API pilots start with agreed schema, delivery method, and update expectations. If DAO.top cannot start the agreed pilot after payment confirmation, replacement delivery or refund review is available.
Payment intent is not payment
- Payment intent only records that a customer asked for payment instructions.
- Revenue counts only after confirmed payment or signed pilot approval.
- USDT, card, or bank/wire instructions must be confirmed before delivery activation.
- Refund requests should include product, billing email, payment date, payment method, and reason.
